Sir,
Respected sir i (Rela enterprises, Dausa) am a regular customer of PNB Bank for long time and my A/c no. Is 3909002100007278 . i have very good ternover in this branch. i am not satisfied with your services and your staff behaviour.
There are following problems which are facing so long time...
Whenever we go to deposit money in the bank, they says that go to another bank for deposit and open account in another bank . i don’t have time to deposit your money .we have so more work in the bank.
I have applied so many time for net banking but they are unable to generate net banking code . i need to daily basis account knowledge and account balance for proper maintain but they refuge to give information about my account detail and mainly account balance.
I applied for limit on my property for last three years but bank manager refuged for this service.
I went to bank for car loan on 03-08 and they said for come tomorrow and when i went to next at 4.30 PM and replied to me that PNB bank don’t give car loan and refuged to me for loan .there after i applied in another bank for car loan.
So due to these reason customer is not satisfied in this branch.
Kindly do the needful to sort out these problems and reply to me.
