My name is S.Lathish Kumar (7200005597) and am working in the field SEO (Search Engine Optimization - IT). In the previous am working at Hyderabad. At that time (In March) i got offer to join on 11th April as an SEO analyst in Chennai at CCS solutions Pvt. Ltd. (Eldams Road, Teynampet, Chennai) and Mr. Raj Mohan was the MD for that company. For three months he given the salary but in the fourth month he delayed and told with in another 15 days he was going to clear all salaries. After 24 days i taken leave for 10 days by suffering with Viral fever (August 9th to August 18th). After 9 days on August 19th when i called him to inform that i got recovered and coming to duty from next day onwards, he replied me that they are going to start new company at Tidle park with in another 4 to 5 days and he wants me to come directly to that building. I waited for 5 days, 10 days and 20 days by calling him again and again. Later he informed me to join in another company and the pending salary (1month 27days 9 9=18000) (From June) and experience certificate will be submitted with in another 10 days through HR Receptionist Ms. Priya. Up to now i called both of them more than 20 times in these 3 months. MD was saying dont call me, u spoke to Priya, she will clear you all the things you have to receive. When am calling to Priya, she was saying that up to now even me not receive the payment and also Sir not yet started the office till now, So wait for some more days for them. Because of their negligence i got struck with many problems and taken credit from friends up to 20, 000 for room rent and expenses. Up to this month i had not joined any other company because of not having experience certificate for this 4 months. Just 1 week before i joined in another company at Perambur, but i have to show my experience certificate in this company by this month of 15th. Regarding this when i call to Ms. Priya she was saying, i don't know- don't call me again- you can spoke to Raj directly- even not yet we started office in Chennai. When am calling to Mr. RajMohan he was replying that, i cant pay you anything. You can do whatever you can. I replied i ll file a case on the company. For that his response was- Go head, carry on, what you can do coming from AP. But on yesterday i received information that in the last month already they started office as Softlogic Corp Pvt. Ltd., (Softlogiccorp.com) at Tidle Park in Assendors building at Basement floor and also they had cleared all the salaries (50% to 70%) for the employees. But they are ignoring me by saying we are not in Chennai, we had not started new office yet.
So, Kindly do me favour in this for getting my salary and Experience certificate from them.
If not means again my new job will be lost and i have to search for another one and the process will going on like that.
Please kindly do the needfull as soon as possible or guide me the process how to get them.
