I can not make out what to do now.

because there are two type of reply

1:PF claim has been settled for Rs. 165554/-. Cheque of the same is being generated

and then

2:Claim ID: DSNHP110300010930

Status: Claim Form 19 for PF Settlement AGAINST Member Account No (DSNHP00219780000001016) has been rejected. Rejection letter is under dispatch/ dispatched to address in your claim form.
