Iam working in the field of Training for last 15 Years in Govt. & Development Sector and also a regular customer of R.Fresh.(But now i am thinking to close my relationship.)
Hystory_ Last monthy i purchase some home products from the store but i was not given the benifit of schemes on three products. next day i went to the store but no responsible person was there to attend. I called him but he left his mobile at the store only. after waiting for one hour he came back. behaved very badly. but i requested for cash refund of those product whose i am not getting scheme benefits. after long discussion i got my money back. This is the hystory only.
In store so many schemes displayed on the product raks, but scheme was closed. but they never appologies for that.
Recent Experience: Yesterday i again purchase the Deo spray from the store.
The display is " Buy Any Cinthol Deo 200 ml and Get Swiss Knife Worth Rs. 60 free." i purchase the product. after payment through my credit card. i was knew from the salse girl the scheme is not available. I asked again why you are displaying such schemes which is not available. again manager came and behaved very badly. i left the store without taking my money or products but went with all my grivance and now complaining to you.
Possible Solution.: I want product with scheme or Otherwise i want my money back. thats the only solution.
I want that the company should courrier the product with scheme benifit to my address. I dont wont to see the store again.

Possible effect of my feelings: I am associated with one club who is having almost 300 R. Fresh customers amongst the 1290 members of club. I will deliver a speech on my events with relience fresh, Gandhinagar with all members in my training that is organised in next sunday. I am sure on my remarks atleast 200 customers will stop their relationship with R. Fresh.
I want that some body should speak to me in same regard on behalf of company. Rs316 is not important for me but the prestige and self esteem we are having is more important for me and for you also.
