Complain aginst Employer
Waiver in Notice period

Can i take legal action against my employer as they are asking me to serve notice period of 30 days, 10 days i have already served now for rest 20 days i want to utilize my PL in lieu of notice period..

I have seen my offer letter which was given by my company, it was written there if i am not serving notice period i can utilize my PL or else i can pay for that.
