I've joined Convergys in Sep, 10 in Optus process. I had cleared interviews and training period. During my nesting periiod I took for 3 days because of mouth & thought ulsar and trainer (Shirin Mahi) promised that this period will be extended when i'll rejoin.
Now when i'v rejoined, she is saying my process will be changed but not given any reason. It's been 15 days that I am sitting Idle at home.
I am not getting any response from anyone in convergys. I called my trainer yesterday she is sayinf I'll not even get salary.
I am a responsible person in my family and can't manage without salary. I've left my previous job because of Convergys.
Please help me
