EPF not received

I have left Deutsche Postbank Home Finance Ltd EMP No.00473 on 11th Feb and as on date 20th Nov i had not received my EPF.

When contact concern person at Deutsche Postbank Home Finance Ltd he had told me that EPF would received in the month of August thenafter told on 15 th Nov but still not received. When again contacted he told me that i will receive EPF in Dec.

Since i have urgent need of money it is not fair that employee left organization in the month of feb and in the month of nov he or she not received PF. Also check at EPF site showing that

EPF withdrawl form received on 6th april and is under process.
