PF accno: KBN- BN- 23146/685

This is my sincere request to help clear my PF amt.

I was working with paxar India pvt ltd - Mumbai branch with its HO in BNG.

I resigned in jan.

My pf acc is inPF bng office - peenya indl area.

i submitted pf form twice, once in Nov which was returned for sign mismatch and resubmitted in 2009.

CHQ WAS CREDITED IN FEB BUT WAS RETURNED FOR NAME MISMATCH.

FOR WHICH MY CO HAS SUBMITTED REAUTHORISATION LETTER IN MAY 17TH.

I hve been following up continuously since then no response from either my co nor pf office.

plz help as i need my hard earned money badly.
