Form 10D for pension claim was deposited at EPF office Dwarka on 02.05. SMS received as rejected vide ID No. DSNHP 120500005296 and A/c No. DSNHP 00105250000001073 and was mentioned that the rejected form is under dispatch. Till now I have not received the same kindly look into the issue.
