Settlement amount not received by my Bank

As per the claim stauts my claim amount has been settled and the cheque sent to IDBI, Greams road, Chennai.

Till now, inspite ofe-mails and calls made, no solution was received from EPF depatment.

Bankers require the courier details.

As per EPF department (BANDRA) vide Receipt No 90241563, (Type form 19 status) the claim is settled vide chq no 929039 for Rs.106707/- drawn in favour of Bank A/'c No 1040010046391.

How do I have to proceed to get the right information.
