TO WHOM IT MAY BE ADDRESSED
I have enrolled to an Data Entry Work from Home with Esourse Software and paid them Rs3900 out of which Rs 3000 any how refundable after 6 months after completion of the project. I have finished the first assignment and submitted the work accordingly.
Few days after they sent a mail of Error Report stating that based on the Errors i am not eligible to get any money. No Issues with that.
I called their Customer Care No. to get help but no update was given. Still acceptable. We called again to know when we are getting our next assignment and they informed they will dispatch it next day (called on mid of Jan). We waited for 3-4 days without any reply and called them back again. Unfortunately again the Cust Care has no answer for it. They hung up and never received my call on that day. Then I decided to stop this and cancel the membership and ask for a refund. I mailed them to do so and asked for a refund. The next day they replied me that they have terminated my membership and I am not eligible for refund according to their Refund Policies. But please tell me that without any proper intimation how can a company Terminate the membership and that also after getting shattered with the Customer Service and asking for a Refund. I am totally helpless now. Please dont mind I am simple School Teacher in Kolkata only 23yrs old from a Middle Class and Needy Family who thought of earning a bit of extra money. I arranged for the money from my friends to get enrolled and the Company assured me that I will anyhow will get back Rs 3000 (Enrollment Fees) and Rs 900 is for processing. I also had to buy a Software (simple PDF to MSWord convertor) for Rs 500.
I am totally helpless. I want my money back and also want others not to be cheated by this Fraud Company. This Company is total fraud which reflects from their budy language and the way they speak.
