Hi, My name is Geetika Arora. My PF Registration no. is DL/31132/170/395. I submittted completed F 19, completed F 10C, cancelled cheque duly signed by me carrying details of my name and a/c no., my pass book first page, my mob. no..

However the PF form has been returned to me on 3rd Sep'2010 along with a letter, asking to enclose the above mentioned documents in order to avail e-payment facilities.

Can I please know the exact reason of return of my PF form, coz I have enclosed all the mentioned and required documents as written in the letter sent by the PF office.
