I XXX team leader, hereby I would like to draw your attention, to the game play or can be called as POLITICS... or High DRAMA between Manager, Team leaders and poor associate. I came to notice that one of the associate in Firstsource, Vijayawada was selected in IJP for SME. Where Centre Head, Quality team, Traning team, Admin team conveyed their wishes as he was selected.
Then that associate went to home as next day is his week off, enjoyed with his parents, friends arranged cake cutting program. Next day he was called to office and informed that he was not SME due to his poor performance (where manager pulled out his performance) and the other associate was selected as SME (the same manager referred this associate for SME). Now the poor associate not even to question his manager remained as an associate. Wept like anything, being ashamed now still as an associate..
