Gender discrimination in hotel industry

Hello,

I am complaining against the gender biasness of appointing onll men /boys for the post of kitchen/chef i the hotel industry. The field has become so male dominated because they reject any female applicants for the job. I have been discriminated several times, and have therefore made this complaint since future and careers of many people will be ruined if this discrimination persists.

When women are hired in airforcearmy, surgeons, police and even in most difficult positions like astronauts then why not in hotel industry that too in kitchen. I have been always said that we need men because this is male dominated which is ridiculous. ITs a practice in Mumbai, Maharashtra and in India.

Please take action at once.
