I am struggling to get my Full and final money as well as Form 16 from one year. I dropped too many mails but every time they are saying that it will take little more time. I doubt that they will not give my full and final because there are saying to this to too many ex-employees who left before me and till now they have not got their Full and Final settlement.
Even they are not sharing how much amount they have to give to me in full and final settlement.
I doubt they have not submitted the tax deducted from my salary.
So it is kind of harassing the ex-employee.
