Ignorance about training Starting date & time schedule

Dear Sir/ Madam,

I have paid my fees towards Advance Java Training cum Placement on 13/11 at HCL CDC Kolkatta Chowringhee Road, one month over but still now didnt get any correct information about class scheduling.

I'v tried to contact with them by phone, then they are verbally declaring the date but did not started class on declared date & showing cause Trainer is ill. As usual Iv got another date & went for class then they are showing Their internal problem. They are playing a role with me. Some time ignored me.
