Settlement not made

My PF account ref TN/23788/152.

Documents submitted from my employer on 16th July. Same date shown at EPFO chennai online website.

They declared in website that, claim will be cleared within 30 days from the submission date.

But till date no update/ settlement made. When i call office no body picks the phone. I wrote two mails to royapettah office. no response.

Now i am planning to go in person to office. Really they are not utilizing the online facilities provided by government. They always want growd of people standing in fron of them.

If some body seeing this, who can solve it. please suggest.

or if you know the mail ids/contact numbers of higher officials in Chennai PF office, please share with me.
