Non Payment of Salary

My name Shiv Shankar,

I worked as Hindi/English Typist since August in the said organisation on the basic 8000/- after three month they increase my salary 9000/- but they did not pay my salary time to time when my three month salary stopped by them I left orgainisation they give me cheque amount of 24500/- posted. but all the cheque not pass becouse they account of nill.

So Please be helped me in this genuine problem because I am the only earner in my family. My wife is also not keeping well due to this harrasement.
