I got an offer letter from Hotel Russell London, as an Electronics and communication supervisor, Now they demand an amount of 200GBP for their Labor skileed workers authorization Approval certificate charge, so what i have to do? can you give me the advise that if it is a real one or fake. Here also i am attaching the mail which they sent to me regarding the amount

For the first year vacation time shall be pro-rated, you will be entitled to 30 days vacation for this year.
