Dear Mr Manager of Punjab National Bank,
on 8th february evening we tried to get money from CITY BANK ATM, we did all the procedure to get money, but later the transaction was failed, it showed as failed transaction. Later we enquired to company whether the money has been credited to our account or not, they said yes. After 2 days once again we tried in ATM Machine it showed insufficient transaction, bt co. tells money has been credited already. If we are not received any money from ATM Machine of CITY BANK then where the money gone.
Kindly go through this matter and do a favour to get our money back 3600 is our monthly salary.
A/C No. 156700 1300002388 it is in the name of GEETHA.G who is my mom. She may submit hard copy to your bank branch on this saturday.
