I Mukesh Kumar worked in ITD CEMENTATION INDIA LIMITED Of Road project NS-34 located at (Lakhanpur-Hiranagar) Jammu & Kasmir from 15th Dec.2005 to 9th Feb. 2011 as Sr. Superintendent (Survey)(Employment No.-1992). I was resigned on 04th Feb.2011 and handed over all site related documents & drawings to Mr. Sahdev Santra in presence of Survey head Mr. Sushim Sarkar on 9th Feb. 2011. And get relieving letter after submission of dues clearance form by getting NO Dues from every department. But till now I didn’t get my full & final settlement due to some issues which was informed to me from HR department (ITD Mumbai) when I call for query against the subject on 20th June. Then I met Project Incharge MR. A.U.MISHRA personally to know issue in detail at Site office at Hiranagar on 01st July.
And found that he intentionally written on my full and final (Dues Clearance form) Document that “ NOT TO CLEAR THE DUES As he make losses to company for feeding wrong data TARANAH Approach Pathankot End during resigning. And this matter was not conveyed to me by site HR Dept. till 20th June.
But there was no any wrong data of Taranah Pathankot End approach was given by me as the design of bridge No.47/2 (Taranah) was pending and Drawing was in process, and the team leader of NHAI Representative (MR. SHANTI LAL JAIN) {LASA-FEEDBACK (JV)} was strictly instructed to stop the work in 300m approaches of either side of bridge because the change of FRL can be effect on implemented work. This massage was conveyed by project manager Mr. P.K.Padhiary to each responsible staff who was working at the site. And the approved drawing was issued by letter No. LASA/73186/TL/NS-34/03-3071 on Date 9th March and was received by ITD Cem. Site office on dt. 11th March i.e. One month after my relieving. And as per records the work starts in Pathankot end approach after getting approved drawing. After that every time by email or by phone Mr. Sushim Sarkar pressurize me on behalf of Mr. A.U.Mishra to accept the mistake.
But I never accept any wrong allegation charged against me intentionally.
