Just Dial Reseller
No One answer the queries

Dear All,

I have been working as a reseller for just dial since last four months, I have submitted so many unique data. But at the time of audit they do not provide the clarification on which of our data is unique or not. We just get the mail from them about that the amount which we will receive as a commission. On asking to customer support they tell us to mail them but there is no response from them even after mailing them. On asking to their customer support we do not get the appropriate answer and even they are unaware of whom is the concerned person for the reseller program.

I think that there is no particular system for the reseller program. There is no concerned department who could give the details whether this part of the submitted data is incorrect.
