PF not received

Sir

Iwas working for Kelly Services Kolkata from November to October. I have applied for my PF on 10th March at there Kolkata office but still I have not yet received the same.

The person who is in-charge of the office said me that "it proceed from Head Office" and I have given her several mail to let me know the present status. She is now not taking my call nither replying to my mails.

When I called their HO the call was always on waiting, so I gave the call in Chennai Office.

The lady said me that it will only proceed and can be done by Kolkata office

What will I do now???

Now please help me to solve this issue.
