As this man Rajan Kumar and Leela D’Souza are cheating me from past 18 months saying that they will give me job placement within one week time, as he has charged me Indian Rs. 1, 90, 000/- cash (ONE LAKH NINETY THOUSAND RUPEES IN CASH).
18 months back this both agencies had sended me abroad on a ship job making a contract for one year. As i worked on that ship for a period of 4 months 11 days only. And then the company Royal Sea Shipping told us that they are selling this ship for scrap merchants and we all the entire crew on that ship have to go back our homes, and they also said that your agency EAMCO SHIP MANAGEMENT and LIZLYN SHIP MANAGEMENT (PVT) LTD will provide you a new good job on other ship.
And as per this both agencies word’s and written contract it’s their responsibility to give me job placement as soon as possible.
Now it’s almost more than 18 months since i came back from that ship job, and this both agencies never respond me, and never attend phone calls or in person also.
Now i cant wait any longer wasting my money, my time and my career, i just want my money back so that i can clear up my loan which i had taken from bank and other peoples for this job placement, the amount 1, 90, 000rs that i had given to Rajan Kumar, Gracy and Leela D’Souza in person, cash.
Sir/Madam, please kindly help me. And teach Rajan Kumar/ Leela D”Souza and Gracy a very strict lesson so that they never cheats any one again in their life.
