Non payment of travel expense

I was asked by mafoi cinsultants to attend an interview for a client on the agreement by emails that they will reimburse the money after the trip. The trip was on 4th march and havent made the payment yet (approx Rs 20, 000/-). I have submitted all the invoices and followed up repeatedly through emails and each time by email they say will release it in 10 days. Is there a way to get the money through legal channel if they end up delaying it indefinitely.
