Rude Behaviour by Gaurav Saini

Hi All,

Please be advised that i received this e-mail from your recruitment firm, with regards to an opening.

I had certain questions, which i had hoped to get it answered. But Mr. Gaurav Saini, seems like least bothered to answer calls. I have been trying to call to fix an interview. I also called up Candidates call: 91-9350159459, helpline, to which a lady was not ready to transfer the call to Mr. Saini. She even went ahead to hung up the call on my face. I called Gaurav Saini, atleast 8 times, to which he did not answer the calls. Also, I was promised a call back from the lady, which did not come in.

Please let us know, if this is how the screening of the candidates are done.

The expeiernce has really worse and pathetic.

Hoping to see a positive change after this e-mail.
