MPIL Steel Structure, Mumbai, used to cheat their employees. I am a victim of the same

Complaint against: MPIL Steel Structures (Earstwhile Multicolor Projects Ltd.)
Amount loss/claim: Rs. 21, 25, 500/-(Rupees Twenty one lakh Twenty five thousand Five hundred)
Details of my Complaint:-
1. I got separated from M/S mpil steel structures (earst while multi color projects limited) on 28th april, post the employer said me that they can't afford to bear my salary & other expenses.
2. I joined the said company, on 1st dec, 11, as president-business development, with a contractual salary sales incentive.
3. At the end of the last fy, I asked the mpil management, in writing, to pay my sales incentive of rs.2, 75, 500/- Which falls due, till 31st march. Director of finance of the company, miss priyanka gupta committed me in writing, to pay the same but not yet paid.
4. My sales incentive claim from 01/04 to 28/04 became rs.11, 20, 000/- Which the company is yet to reimburse. Total accrued sales incentive payable to me, as on the date of my departure (28th april) stands to rs.13, 95, 500/-
5. In spite of my such remarkable performance, the management of the company from 1st week of april started questioning on my performance, with their vested interest not to pay my said dues and started creating an in conducive working environment for me.
6. Post my separation, the company has started giving false allegation against me and literally threatening me that their lawyer will speak to me. Their executive director (operation) send me an email, on 11th may, against my request to pay my sales incentive which is due, that "our lawyers will be in touch with you shortly. You may discuss it with them. Aag
under such scenario, I would like to lodge a complaint against the company to get my dues paid immediately. I request you to please do the needful / Advise.
