Non credit of final settlement claim

Sir,

I have retired from Indian Coast Guard w.e.f. 1st April. My final settlement claim to my home town Gulbarga settled vide your debit/credit memo no. 18239 for Rs. 38011/-. claim settled in previous financial year 12 but not yet credited to my account till date.

It is requested that the amount may please be credited at the earliest to my SBI Panambur, Mangalore a/c 10205666316 to avoid financial hardship.
