A Herrendous Instance of Misselling and wrong expectations!!!

Hi

We, Absolute Hr services Had Purchased a Sms Package along with an Ad package with DNA leads to be available on our mobiles.

It has been a year however we do not have any knowledge of any ads being placed with DNA.

We were given a commitment by One of your Employee named Santosh Salke that our ads would be placed in DNA ; we would be able to send Bulk SMS’s and we would regularly get quality leads for the line of Business we are associated with which is International BPO Recruitment.

We Purchased the package with a hope of having some positive impact and growth in business however after repeated phone calls to your customer service and regular reminders nobody from your organization seems to be bothered.

We Now feel that we have been mislead and sold something that was never delivered.

I would like to highlight this instance of misspelling…

We would either require the promised package to be honored or our money to be refunded.
