I have applied for RESUME DEVELOPMENT services from Naukri.com in the month of August'2010 against paying them their charges of Rs. 3675/= .In the offer they (NAUKRI.COM) agreed to prepare professional resume with cover letter & resume flash for 6 months on their website with auto refresh after every week, but till now even the resume building has not been completed. I have sent no. of mails to them for the same but nothing has been done so far, even i have escalated this issue with their top management (service deptt.) but all the things in vain .i am regularly following up with them on phone as well as thru mail but no one bothers to reply to even a single mail.
