Non receipt of Provident Fund (PF no. MH22/83)

TO WHOMSOEVER IT MAY CONCERN,

I was working in Neural IT Private Limited as Deputy Manager- Legal and resigned from there on 30 April. While leaving the company I have submitted my PF and EPS form for withdrawl of the money. Subsequently, the company informed me that they have submitted the form in the PF office of Thane somewhere in the month of September or October, but so far I have not received the PF money. My PF no. MH22/83. I don't understand why there is so much delay in giving the money inspite of submitting the duly filled form with bank details. The company where I was working was located in the following address:

I also came to knew that after I left the company it has shifted to a new location in Airoli, Navi Mumbai the address is as mentioned below:

Kindly please help me out as to when I will receive the money from PF offfice.
