Complain regarding appointment of various post

my self Prakash from davangere (dist), Karnataka, INDIA, am Complaining About A.E.W. ENTERPRISES (a unit of Bharatiya Laghu Udyog & Agriculture Farming Society, Regd.). I had applied for the post of tele caller. with reference to advisement in a news paper Vijaya Karnataka. Now they have sent me job offer letter and demanding bank draft of 3300/- against my appointment and also mentioned that draft should be sent only through private courier. Interestingly, the company does not provide any web address, email address, contact no. So how can I find out company details and verify about the company.. Company only gives address which is

DEHRADUN-248001 (UTTRANCHAL).
They mentioned in the offer letter that the last date of sending DD is 22 march & if we send the DD after last date, we have to pay 850/- Rs. late fee within 10 days.
