Non payment e.p.f & salary dues

I naresh kumar Yadav s/o Late Sh J.S.Yadav worked in M/S Paras International (Parasrampuria Group) Vill. Khuskhara Distt. Alwar (Raj) as Sr. Engineer (Electrical) during 18 Dec.2005 to 01 Oct Company was closed by employer and he has promissed to clear all salary dues and E.P.F dues but till date nothing has to be given us kindly advise what procedure we may follow to get the pending dues
