Dear Sir,

I received a mail from Mr Andre Keshia, Human Resources Manager/Recruting Manager PDVSA State Oil Company Scotland informing that i have been shortlisted for the company. They have forwarded me an application form and asked me to fill in the application form and return it soon as they need this for their officila use.

I want to know whether the e-mail and offers send by Mr. Andre Keshia is true and whether there exist the company called PDVSA State Oil Company in Scotland and if so kindly message me the exact address in Scotland.
