This is to bring to your kind notice about a particular driver by name Mr. Shivanna route no BIAL 4 against whom several oral complaints have been made about his arrogant behavior towards your valuable customers. It has been observed that he uses vulgar and unparliamentary words against computers more often. It brings doubt in the mind of commuters as to whether he is an employee of BMTC or a owner of BMTC to take law into his hands. When all the drivers stop near BSNL Indiranagar, this driver refuses to stop and over and above gives some stinking comment on the customers. He expects every one to get down where ever he stops especially in signal lights and if any person new to Bangalore or daily commuters request him to stop the bus in the subsequent stop eg. KFC Indira Nagar one is sure to take the brunt from him. This type of attitude is highy not appreciable in this service industry which will definitely bring in a bad name to your company which is other wise doing a wonderful job. Here i also like to mention about a driver Mr. Chandrasekar in BIAL route no 6 who has to be appreciated for his honesty to restore the hand baggage left behind in his bus at Domlur stop on his way back from Whitefield. When there are many good workers only a hand full of drivers like Mr. Shivanna will bring disgrace to your company. Hence i request you to take immediate action against Mr. Shivanna and also to change him from this route where we come across people from different states and country.
