Subject: “A lady BP’s harassment in the clutches of a G L”
I am a “Customer service franchise” in your company for the past 4 years everything was fine. We use to work as one family in EFL. We had respect for each other whether it is our boss or BP or Technician. My team used to finish its MS on time, complaints were not a problem even revenue use to flow in easily, everyone use to say “A-tech care” is a team.
But happiness is not always good. Once we had our new human we lost the ETHICS IN EFL friction started. Life in A-tech was not the same it was miserable. We did not enjoy our work we had to force our selves to do everything no peace of mind. ONLY TROCHER I didn’t know what went wrong!
I started the year with 60% live population but the End was still lying at the starting point itself. What was the reason? What went wrong? Your human was my enemy. I was not invited for meeting. I had become a rubber stamp. The remote control of my team was in the hands of your human. He calls my boys home and talk to them. TELLING THEM NOT TO WORK advice them to put down their kits. Any new technician who wants to join our team was not allowed to do so, I started losing areas. Areas which had high live population why? Why? Did all this happen It was “FRICTION” “FRICTION” AND “FRICTION” all the way I have also complaint to the top management. Even in review meet this matter was discussed but is vain. These was a strike in franchisee but my team came back to me.
I wanted to meet you when you came to our city last year but was not allowed to do so. Suddenly one day my top management sends me a letter saying your are terminated (orally said not received a letter) I have to close down on the 26th of this month. For what reason for not having 70% population no conversions no this.
But has anybody thought why this is happening what was missing where we were going wrong. No body to guide... Only politics.
