Respected Sir,
I am Shibu Mathew and I am from Kerala in Idukki Dist. I would like to make a serious complaint against a visa agent named Muhammed Rafi, M D of Al-Fahad tours and Travels, situated in Palakkad, and it is a registered agency which is also issues fake visa and recruitments. (Reg No: 3246/KER/PER/1000/2/3/4/5301/99). He offered me that he will issue a visa to Canada within four months. The total cost of the visa was about 6.5 lakhs. I handed over 50, 000/- (fifty thousand) rupees and got the receipt in my hand. Now it is almost 19 months and I did not get the visa or my money back. The same way my brother also gave 1, 00, 000/- (one lakh) in November.
After six months I contacted the agency and said that I need the visa or the money back. They never accepted anything but always telling that the visa is going to issue within a week or later. On the month of May we went with my friend Antony who is from Ernakulam, and they tried to harm us physically and told us that they are not going to pay the money. After that I contacted The ‘Communist Party’ but Muhammed Rafi gone missing. Now I am terribly irritated by his and the agency's behavior. The agency is still getting many by conducting recruitments. Even the people live nearby says that he is not proper. The workers in his office says that he has gone to Sharja, but is not. He is somewhere in Malappuram -Dist or in Bangalore. Luckily I got my Passport back when we said we are going to make a complaint through police. I am not the only one who was trapped; I came to know that many were trapped by this agency. Though Muhammed Rafi went into safe place, his office is still working and continuing their cheating. So I request you to take an urgent action against them and the mastermind. I'm attaching a file which is the copy of my payment. Please help me to get back my money and the compensation.
