Salary issue

Dear sir,

This is MANINDER I worked ther in Anand Rathi for Two month as BDM

but they only provided me only one month salary and second month salary released from HR department but my senior Shatrunjay Pandey not given me cheque, He broken that cheque from broker and Every month they (Mahim Branch) broke many employees salary from broker.
