INDANE GAS BOOKING AFTER 45 DAYS CROSSED HE DID NOT RESPOND AND WRONG ANSWER GIVEN

I have used indane gas everymonth we have booked the indane gas agent office . th last month also booked in 22/12 .But he told you dont book like that and also directly i visit the office with my book and cylinder request on 31/12.He told after 45 days completed in only given.
