Aryan Cargo Packers and Movers
Service provider absconding with goods

I took the services of "Aryan Packers and Movers" to transfer my household stuff (worth Rs 1.5 Lacs approximately) from Hyderabad to Gurgaon.

The goods were picked up from the source address on 17th November and promised to be delivered at the destination address in 5 days (i.e.by 23rd november). The goods were not deivered by this date and when I tried to call the person in charge, Sunil (Mobile: 9000811847), he did not take my calls. The other numbers mentiioned on the bills were not in use. Now Sunil is not taking my calls from my number. If I call from a new number, he takes the call but as soon as he realises that it's me, he disconnects.

It has been more than 20 days and I have not still received my stuff which is causing me extreme problem in settling down in a new place.

Please note that the whole amount for the transaction (approx Rs. 7000) was paid in advance. I request you kindly to help me out.
