I have purchased Tata indigo Manza car New aura model from Ashok auto sales Agra. I made total payment to him is 658, 720/-. This amount is included with the car insurance amount 19, 700/-.But they have provided me the insurance receipt of the amount 18, 729/-.
I have asked him for returning the balance amount then they are replying that there is already due of 3000/- on me of logistic charges & Temporary registration. At the time of purchase it was finalised that they will not charge me for logistic & temporary registration, as I made total payment excluding these amounts.
But to shut my mouth for 1000/- excess charged under head of car insurance, they are applying management trick & telling They will charge me also for logistic & temporary registration (i.e.2500 1500=4000/-).
Another issue is that with car of my model there is a remote for music controls also given in tata site as well as brochure provided to me by the dealer, is not given to me. They are telling that there is no remote with your car model, it is wrongly printed in brochure & not updated in website. So either dealer is cheating or Tata Motors is cheating to me. No one there to help me.
