I have been driving in Chennai-India from time now. As everyone I had also approached M/s Nagappa Auto at Chennai the service station closest to Thirumangalam chennai.
Their effort in servicing the vehicle was so bad that i have to mention it to you. I have paid the amount and to run away from my efforts to address the problem to them they played a drama to urge me to not to tell them. I do not know what it takes to satisfy the customer.
