Non delevery of gas cylinde

Dear Sir

I Balbir Singh S/O Sh Arjan Singh Village Gadai Pur Post office poonian Teh Shahkot Dist Jalandhar had applied for new connection of gas cylinder on 5/1. The agency had not given any receipt but signed on ration card. After a year when i approached to agency booking officer. He again asked for new copy of ration card and two registry envelopes from post office. I have submitted both the document again. We don not know that what happened to earlier booked gas connection. It is further mention that booking officer behaves very rudely not does not give proper reply.
