Egarding non-redemption of exchange points

I purchase a new Maruti Swift in exchange of Wagon R from Faer Deals Noida on 16/11.I was using Auto Card No 65001510216 showing exchage points 3000 and the same was due for redemption on purchase of new car, but. neither Deater nor Auto Card redem the same.
