Hi,

On 2nd feb I hired an auto from BTM to Electronic City. Firstly, the driver argued to put Rs. 20 extra on meter, but later agreed to take the meter charges. This auto fellow has 14 Rs. meter installed.

We were some halfway through near KEYS hotel at Singhasandra, I suddenly looked at the meter and it was showing 71 Rupees, which when converted to 17Rs. meter rate, became 90 Rupees.

Now, as I am a regular on this route, I knew that from BTM water tank till KEYS hotel the 17Rs. meter charges only 60 Rupees at max.

So I left the auto there itself. I request you to please look into the matter.
