Regarding Servicing of Optra Magnum - DL4CAD3445 on 4th & 5th April

Hi,

I booked my optra (DL4CAD3445) to get it serviced on 4th April (Sunday) at AUTOVIKAS Servicing Center - 12A, Shivaji Marg, New Delhi, 110015. however I came a little late so I was told that I can leave my car and can collect it on the next day i.e 5th April after servicing.

Then, I got a call to collect my car aroound 2'o clock on 5th April. When I reached there and was checking my car post servicing, I noticed a dent on the car's bonnet which is quite prominent and this was never there

when I gave my car for servicing. I brought it to the notice of people present at the center Mr Sandeep Kumar (Assistant Manager- Service) and Mr Amit and they also acknowledged that this dent was not present before and has come only due to the negligence on the part of servicing people.

Thereafter, I was told that this can be fixed in the workshop in few minutes so I agreed and waited for some time while Mr Amit took the car to workshop however When he came back, he informed that

this can't be fixed now as the instrument required to fix this is not present in the workshop.

I would like to inform that this was a very disappointing experience for me. I gave my car for the betterment but in the process I got the dent on it. Also, the time that I wasted there sitting for almost 1.5 hours is just adding on to the woes.

I have been told that this will be fixed as soon as they get the instrument in the Workshop but I have not been given any date.

How long do I need to wait and see that dent on my car which is because of the negligence of servicing guy and on top of it, I had to Pay also for such a service which only deteriorated the condition of my car.

I am sorry to tell that the service that I got from such a big name like 'Chevrolet' is not upto the mark and was an extremely disappointing experience.

Can someone from this group let me know how a dent can come on a car which has come for servicing?

How such kind of negligence happened?

What kind of actions will be taken to make sure that such thing never happens?

How you will be able to make me trust your servicing center to give my car for the next servicing?

Why should I come again and waste my time to get the dent fixed for no fault of mine?

What kind of compensation will be given to me for going through such a process and wasting my time when I have paid for the service?
