I purchased two colour laser jet printer on april. I purchased both printer two years extended warranty carepack from Simtech Computronics Pvt. Ltd. Andheri (East), Mumbai-400 072. on September. I paid by Chq. Amt. is 15615/-. in april i have some problem in printer, md no CP1215, Sr no CNBJ8D6006S, Pr No CC376A.I call to HP care and ask to call lock and send engineer to my place. HP care person tell me your printer warranty is over. I contact to simtech person but they give not proper answer. my question to you I paid carepack money on september, why my warranty not extended. I have lot of problem in few days from you. in future I never purchase HP product.
