We are the customer of Indane (Dealer: M/s. Abhijit Enterprise, B T Road, Khardah, Kolkata - 700 117) for supply of Domestic Gas for use in our house. They are issuing Bill @ Rs.405.50 for 1 No. Domestic Gas Cyliner and deliver the same after 10 to 15 days time after Booking over phone (As per new System). After payment of Rs.415 to Rs.420 per cyliner, van driver (NASIM) deliver the cylinder to our locality. Moreover, he is demanding Rs.100/- as Puja Bonus (Baxis). Our locality is Rahara, Yogi Para. Every time the said Van driver demanded the extra amount against delivery of Gas Cylinder, which is not desireable/acceptable. We the local people are very much irretate for his behavior. Request to please arrange to take suitable action or change the Van Driver for smooth supply of Indane Gas.
