SHOCKER PROBLEM

Sub: Shocker Problem

Respected Sir/Madam

I have purchase Bajaj Pulsar 135cc bike from Lovely Auto jalandhar Punjab as on 05-03.After month my bike’s rear Left side shocker creates problem and they start leaking. Because of my busy schedule I could not go to workshop. On first service I go to lovley auto workshop. After checking my bike workshop Manager Mr Gopal told me that Shocker kit is not working properly because of this shocker is start leakage. The shocker kit is replace free of cost under warranty period but at this time shocker kit is not available in store. Store incharge Mr Mdaan Lal told me that we have already placed order for shocker kit and it has been already sent from Bajaj Company. Workshop Manager Mr Gopal told me that you come on after 15- 20 days your shocker kit is replace. But when I go to workshop after 20 days store incharge said me that shocker kit is still not in stock. When I asking him to give me my complaint no he is not giving any complaint no. When I talk with Workshop Manager Mr Gopal he register my complaint i give my bike for serviced in Lovely auto workshop. Workshop Manager said that shocker kit is available and he change this free of cost under warranty period take my bike from workshop but i still facing same problem. I have already launch complaint I Bajaj auto .please help me to solve this problem or advise me what i can do. I am waiting favorable response from your side.
