I believe that Bajaj Auto always ready to fulfill their commitment at least to their customer. And also believe, the same is applicable stating from Companies own outlet to franchise level also. Have logged complaint that I have booked Pulsur 150 black with full amount of money in advance on 3rd September after a thin line discussion with the concern person that they will delivered the item within 7 days of time line. But unfortunately till today I have not got any positive response from their end. Even now days they are not able to give the proper time line also.
Here my another concern is that if the franchise are not able to do the healthy business than what the meaning of launching the products? They are not able to fulfill those customers minimum requirements also. Every time customers need to book the product by paying that advance amount.
